Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) Netherlands – Web scraping tool

The ACM has developed an accessible web scraper which non-technical and technical officials will find easy to use.  Web scraping refers to the gathering and copying of specific data from websites and is most commonly carried out by an automated process for example a web crawler.

The tool can be used for large-scale investigations that require the securing of digital evidence. It comes with a front-end dashboard which can be directed to make complex scrapes as required. It can process multiple domains at the same time and can be set to recurring scrapes and scrapes on exact moments in time, adding timestamps and hash values to the evidence.
